Delgani’s upcoming season celebrates the music of today

We are thrilled to announce our upcoming 2021/2022 Subscription Series featuring compelling works by award-winning contemporary composers alongside absolute classics from the established quartet canon! The season kicks off in late October with “Echoes of Song,” a program featuring folksong-inspired works from around the world. In January we feature John Luther Adams’ The Wind in High Places and Beethoven’s sublime Op. 132. Next March we travel to Spain and Latin America with Guggenheim Fellow Gabriela Lena Frank’s Leyendas, a six-part work inspired by the folk music and instruments of the Peruvian Andes. Our season finale in May of 2022 is a real celebration with Elena Ruehr’s vibrant third quartet and Johannes Brahms Op. 67.
